This open concept home was designed for groups who want the full experience. Inside you will find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, an indoor cocktail credenza, high end furnishings, luxurious beds and linens, and original artwork from local artist Velia Lala throughout.
Step outside and the backyard does the talking. A heated private cocktail pool surrounded by a Trex deck anchors the space, paired with an integrated outdoor bar, sun loungers, a stone fire pit with Solo Stove, and a fixed outdoor movie theater with projector and screen. The fully fenced yard means your group has complete privacy from the moment you arrive.
Additional amenities include a courtesy 6 seat golf cart with lithium batteries for exploring the area, a game room with retro multi-game arcade console and foosball table, and a private gym with Bowflex elliptical and Bowflex Extreme Home Gym. A free community pool just a 3 minute walk away adds a social option when your group wants one.
Guest Access:
You have private and exclusive access to the entire property including the house, backyard, and all amenities. Early check-in and late checkout are available in 2 hour blocks for $100 each, subject to availability.
Good to Know:
Prior to arrival the guest booking will need to sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID. Details will be sent after booking and take just a couple of minutes to complete. Message us before booking if you would like to review the agreements in advance.
Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee to cover additional cleaning. If you added a pet when booking the fee is already included.
The cocktail pool is heated to approximately 88 degrees from March through November. Parking is available for 3 mid-sized vehicles in the driveway plus the golf cart in the garage. Street parking is not permitted per HOA rules. Guests with additional vehicles may use nearby commercial lots.
Smart TVs are provided for streaming. Basic cable is not included. The courtesy golf cart is included as a guest amenity and guests assume responsibility for safe and lawful operation. Guest must be 21 or older to book.

Is a golf cart included?
Yes, a 6 person golf cart is included for guest use, which makes beach trips easy for the whole group. The primary guest can drive, and an additional driver can be approved when the required information is completed before use.
Does the home have a heated pool?
Yes. The heated cocktail pool is kept at 88 to 93 degrees year round with no heating fee. It is a shallow lounging pool and not a hot tub, so it has no jets. There is also a community pool about 3 blocks away inside the gated community.
Can we get to Crab Island from Apex Oasis?
Crab Island is a sandbar in Destin that can only be reached by boat. You can rent a boat through our Apex Oasis customer marketplace.
Is Apex Oasis a good vacation rental for large groups and families?
Yes. With space for 12 guests, a game room, outdoor bar, fire pit, and cocktail pool, it works well for family vacations, friend trips, and reunions. Baby gear like pack and plays, high chairs, and strollers is not provided, so families with infants should plan to bring their own.
