Let's start with Michelle and Tony being just the Best Hosts! They were helpful, commuicative, and responeded promptly, from the first inquires, through booking, and throughout the stay. The condo is perfect, clean, spacious, well set up, super safe (gated with onsite security at all times), and in a great location. The facility and the pool were super nice and clean, just like a resort. Whole place is Fantastic! We utilized Michelle and Tony's recommendation for resturants and activities. Michelle provided thier local guy Chris B's contact, who was a great resource, he set up our excursions with pick ups, and all 3 were top knotch companies. Even texted us one day to let us know where baby turtles were being released into the sea. Thanks Chris! Check in and out were easy. The only thing that sucked was leaving. Lol. If your looking to visit Jaco, I would highly recommend you renting thier condo and being hosted by Michelle and Tony. Thank you guys for opening up your place!

For the first time ever, I can say an AirBnB exceeded my expectations! First, the place was spotless and extremely clean. I expected some sand on the floors and pet hair on furniture…nope, not a grain or hair. Yard and backyard were well maintained and clean. They have a maintenance company who helps with trash and yard upkeep. Loved cocktail pool and cornhole. Keurig + regular coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, grill accessories, lots of seating in living room and dining that can accommodate everyone, beach towels (6), 2 beach chairs/1 umbrella/cooler, 2 skim boards, 2 boogie boards, super comfy mattresses, AC and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Grill, washer/dryer, oven, etc all in working order. Plastic containers for leftovers, poop bags for dogs, and plenty of space for our bigger crew. Golf cart was CRUCIAL as public beach access is far. Tips: bring extra toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and big trash bags and you’ll be all set. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is beautiful inside and out, but what makes it really special is the hosts that take care of everything. Their responsiveness and friendly-ness made it so easy to communicate with them. We hosted a friends-giving here and there was so much space for all of us to work in the kitchen. You are less than a minutes walk from all the restaurants, bars, bakeries, and shops, leaving PLENTY to do all day and night. Aside from the absolutely perfect location, the house itself has stuff to do too, including a very nice shuffleboard and record player with classics. Renting a place to stay is so much more than the house itself; it’s about everything else that goes into it to make it a home, and Michelle and Tony exceed every expectation from their listing. They are wonderful people and we’ve already decided we are coming back again for our next event in Ellicottville!!
