The private pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, with occasional flexibility depending on weather. Smart TVs are provided throughout the home for streaming services using guest logins. Traditional cable service is not included.
Summer stays in July and August are reserved as full-week bookings, Friday through Friday.

Yes. The hot tub has therapy jets and runs all year. The private pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is heated. If the hot tub was recently refilled, it may take time to reach temperature, rising about 2 to 5 degrees per hour.

Any guest found to not be following house rules on the property may result in immediate eviction of the entire group with no refund and the booking guest's credit card may be charged for any all costs incurred by the host caused directly or indirectly from the aforementioned non-compliance. Such action will be at the sole discretion of the property owners and/or Apex Vacation Rentals.
