've stayed at quite a few rental houses, and this is by far the one I can say made me feel right at home. It's perfection. From the thoughtful details in every corner, to the comfortable beds, this house is a gem in the Village of Ellicottville. The location literally couldn't be better to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, or activities in the village. Every picture looked exactly like the residence, unlike others that try and stretch pictures. The kitchen was clean and neat, and perfectly appointed. We were even delighted to find a perfectly clean hot tub for our use. The host was extremely responsive, and I was able to sink into the couch that first night, read my book for 4 hours and feel like I was at home. I cannot recommend this home enough. We cannot wait to come back! A++

The house was perfect! It was spacious, beautiful and clean. The rooms were comfy, the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect, we loved being in walking distance to a winery, spa, and tons of great restaurants and shops. Michelle was super helpful and responsive with our messages. We had seven adults, two kids and a newborn and never felt as though we were on top of each other. Definitely planning a trip for next year!

This place is beautiful inside and out, but what makes it really special is the hosts that take care of everything. Their responsiveness and friendly-ness made it so easy to communicate with them. We hosted a friends-giving here and there was so much space for all of us to work in the kitchen. You are less than a minutes walk from all the restaurants, bars, bakeries, and shops, leaving PLENTY to do all day and night. Aside from the absolutely perfect location, the house itself has stuff to do too, including a very nice shuffleboard and record player with classics. Renting a place to stay is so much more than the house itself; it’s about everything else that goes into it to make it a home, and Michelle and Tony exceed every expectation from their listing. They are wonderful people and we’ve already decided we are coming back again for our next event in Ellicottville!!
