This open concept home was designed for groups who want the full experience. Inside you will find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, an indoor cocktail credenza, high end furnishings, luxurious beds and linens, and original artwork from local artist Velia Lala throughout.
Step outside and the backyard does the talking. A heated private cocktail pool surrounded by a Trex deck anchors the space, paired with an integrated outdoor bar, sun loungers, a stone fire pit with Solo Stove, and a fixed outdoor movie theater with projector and screen. The fully fenced yard means your group has complete privacy from the moment you arrive.
Additional amenities include a courtesy 6 seat golf cart with lithium batteries for exploring the area, a game room with retro multi-game arcade console and foosball table, and a private gym with Bowflex elliptical and Bowflex Extreme Home Gym. A free community pool just a 3 minute walk away adds a social option when your group wants one.
Guest Access:
You have private and exclusive access to the entire property including the house, backyard, and all amenities. Early check-in and late checkout are available in 2 hour blocks for $100 each, subject to availability.
Good to Know:
Prior to arrival the guest booking will need to sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID. Details will be sent after booking and take just a couple of minutes to complete. Message us before booking if you would like to review the agreements in advance.
Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee to cover additional cleaning. If you added a pet when booking the fee is already included.
The cocktail pool is heated to approximately 88 degrees from March through November. Parking is available for 3 mid-sized vehicles in the driveway plus the golf cart in the garage. Street parking is not permitted per HOA rules. Guests with additional vehicles may use nearby commercial lots.
Smart TVs are provided for streaming. Basic cable is not included. The courtesy golf cart is included as a guest amenity and guests assume responsibility for safe and lawful operation. Guest must be 21 or older to book.
